Statistics: Russia’s platinum output falls 10% in June

MOSCOW, Jul 18 (PRIME) -- Russia’s output of unrefined and semi-refined or powder platinum decreased 10% on the year and 15.3% on the month in June, the Federal State Statistics Service said in a statement on Wednesday without disclosing absolute figures.

Silver output fell 17% on the year and rose 16.4% on the month in June.

In January–June, output of platinum grew 1.4% on the year and of silver rose 8% on the year.
